The 26th Annual Coaches vs. Cancer National Golf Classic, presented alongside the highly anticipated Circle of Honor Dinner will be hosted in New Jersey. This experience is intentionally designed to be intimate and exceptionally exclusive, with participation limited to just over 100 invited golfers. Each attendee is thoughtfully selected—leading coaches, prominent sports personalities, corporate partners, business and philanthropic leaders, and other distinguished supporters—ensuring a truly premier gathering.

We are especially proud to host this year’s golf play at two of the nation’s most celebrated venues: Baltusrol Golf Club and Plainfield Country Club.

It is through extraordinary events such as these—made possible by the generosity of sponsors and supporters—that the American Cancer Society continues to lead the charge as the foremost cancer-fighting organization, advancing our mission to end cancer as we know it, for everyone.

Our Honoree

Greg Gumbel

This year, we have the profound honor of paying tribute to the late Greg Gumbel, an iconic broadcaster whose voice and presence shaped generations of sports fans. Throughout his remarkable career, Greg brought grace, integrity, and excellence to every stage he stepped onto. Beyond his professional accomplishments, he was a man of deep character and quiet generosity, using his platform to uplift others and support meaningful causes.

As we celebrate his extraordinary legacy, we also recognize the enduring impact he made on the sports community and the many lives he touched. This evening will serve as both a tribute to his life and a reaffirmation of our collective commitment to advancing cancer research and supporting patients and families nationwide.
